Mr. Arcand holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Graduate Diploma in Professional Accounting from HEC Montréal. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators (CBV). He has been recognized as an expert witness by the Superior Court of Québec.

As a Partner at Williams C. Lewis, Mr. Arcand specializes exclusively in forensic accounting. His experience includes the quantification of hundreds of economic damages, including business income losses, inventory losses, professional liability claims, product recalls, cyberattacks, fraud matters, extra expense and increase in cost of working claims. He has assessed damages across a wide range of industries, including construction, energy, manufacturing, retail, professional services, and technology.

He has also valued businesses in connection with civil litigation, breach of contract disputes, intellectual property theft, and other commercial matters. Prior to joining Williams C. Lewis, he worked as an auditor with an international accounting firm, serving both public and private clients across a variety of industries.

Recognized as an accredited instructor by the Chambre de l’assurance de dommages (ChAD), M. Arcand regularly delivers training on business interruption losses.
